Terms and Conditions (please read EVERYTHING)

Please communicate and don't be afraid to ask questions!

I as the original creator of the artwork, have the right to post or upload the artwork on my websites. If you wish to stay as an anonymous commissioner, please let me know about it.

Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Commissions are not first come, first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if I don't feel comfortable or I'm not able to work on it, and to work with clients whose order I feel most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product;

Any edits can be made during the sketching and lining phase; once sketch is approved I start working on lineart ➝ coloring ➝ background. I will only send a preview of the sketch before i finish working on the commission, so if you desire to see intermediate WIPs for lineart or flat colors please ask beforehand.

Payment plans: if we agree on a payment plan, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. You will receive what you are purchasing once you have paid in FULL. If you cancel your payment plan a refund will NOT be issued for what you have already paid.

- I will not draw NSFW, NFTs, Mecha, AI edits, Anything offensive, or Fetishes. (or anything that I am not comfortable with)

Do not sell, reproduce, redistribute, or Trace the artwork

- Do not remove or ask to remove my signature from a piece. Logos will not have a signature.

I will not start/complete the drawing until payment is confirmed

- All pieces are for personal use (no selling/ merchandise) unless you have selected and paid for a logo commission.

- Commercial use commissions are for small-scale businesses. Large scale - Medium-sized businesses must email me for separate commission info.

- NO REFUNDS after the final piece has been sent

- By commissioning me you agree to my terms and conditions, I do not take responsibility if you have not read them.

I take PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle.

CANCEL & REFUNDS

- Client can not cancel or demand refund after payment is received

- Client may cancel the commission if payment hasn’t been paid

- I will initiate refund if I can’t get the commission done due to illness, natural disasters, or in real life matters.

- Client may request for refund if I couldn’t meet the deadline (delay because of client’s non-responsiveness makes it invalid).

- Chargeback is prohibited after results are delivered.
